Payment Plans & Invoicing

Upfront, Installment and Stage Payment plans with automatic invoices — the same schedule for finance, the agent and the buyer.

Build plan templates per project, apply them to deals, tie tranches to construction milestones, and let the buyer see their own schedule with reminders.

  • Three plan types: Upfront / Installment / Stage
  • Tranches tied to construction milestones
  • Auto-invoices and reminders
  • Buyer sees own schedule
  • Multi-currency with base-currency rollups

Who uses it

Payment Plans — who uses it

The same module, four different screens — the developer sets it up, the manager watches, the agent uses it, the buyer sees the result.

  • Set currencies and base-currency rollups
Build the plan once, apply it to every deal

Build the plan once, apply it to every deal

The problem

Each manager has their own Excel with their own version of the 30/70 plan. Two buyers on the same floor get different tranche dates, and finance finds out at quarter close.

With DomusHub

Plans are templates per project: booking deposit, down payment, instalment cadence or milestone list, final payment at handover. Apply a template to a deal; override only when the deal really differs.

  • Upfront, Installment (monthly, quarterly, annual) and Stage Payment
  • Booking deadline and final-payment deadline enforced
  • Per-deal override with a visible audit trail
Invoice when the slab is poured, not when someone remembers

02 · Milestones

Invoice when the slab is poured, not when someone remembers

The problem

Stage payments depend on construction progress, but progress lives in a chat with the site engineer. Invoices go out late, cash arrives late, and the crane waits.

With DomusHub

Milestones are linked to the construction module. Mark a milestone done and the next invoice for every buyer on that plan is generated and sent.

  • Milestones per project: foundation, structure, facade, handover
  • Invoice generated on milestone completion
  • Progress visible to buyers in the same timeline
Stop chasing tranches by hand

03 · Collection

Stop chasing tranches by hand

The problem

The finance team keeps a list of who owes what this month and sends reminders one by one. Overdue payments hide until someone runs the report.

With DomusHub

Every tranche has a due date, a status and an owner. Reminders go out before the date; overdue tranches surface on the dashboard the same day, not at quarter close.

  • Reminder triggers before and after the due date
  • Overdue view per project, per agent, per buyer
  • Mark-as-paid step with the receipt attached
One schedule everyone reads the same way

04 · Buyer view

One schedule everyone reads the same way

The problem

A buyer asks when the next payment is due and the agent has to call finance. The answer takes a day, and the trust takes a hit.

With DomusHub

The buyer opens their cabinet and sees the schedule: paid, due, overdue, next amount, invoices to download. The agent and finance see exactly the same numbers.

  • Buyer's own schedule with next payment highlighted
  • Invoices and receipts to download
  • Online payment where a gateway is connected

What's inside

What's inside: Payment Plans

Shipped capabilities behind this module. Every one comes with what you actually see on screen.

  • Payment plans

Upfront, installment, or tied to construction stages.

On screen:Booking $2,000 → down payment 20% → foundation 20% → roof 30% → handover 30%. Build it once as a template and apply it to every unit in the tower.

Stage Payment Plan · Installment Schedule · Tranche
  • Milestone invoicing

The roof gets poured, the invoices go out.

On screen:Mark the construction milestone as reached and every buyer on a stage plan gets their tranche invoice automatically — instead of the finance team reconciling schedules in Excel row by row.

    Milestone Invoicing · Construction-Linked Billing
  • Online payments

Deposits and tranches paid from the portal.

On screen:The buyer pays the booking deposit by card or USDT and the unit locks on receipt — the hold is confirmed by the payment, not by a screenshot of a bank transfer sent to a manager at 11 pm.

  • Payment schedule & reminders

The buyer knows what's due before you have to ask.

On screen:Next payment, due date, paid and overdue tranches, invoices to download — plus the reminder that goes out ahead of the date, which is why the money arrives on time.

    Payment Reminders · Tranche Schedule
  • Multi-currency

Sell in three currencies, report in one.

On screen:The buyer sees THB, the agency quotes USD, the developer's board reads AED — on live rates, rolled up to a single base currency instead of an FX column last touched in March.

  • Contract & invoice generation

Assembled from system data, not copy-paste.

On screen:Sale agreement for unit B-12 generated in three seconds with the buyer's passport data, the agreed discount and the right schedule — the three things most often mistyped when a contract is built by hand.

Everything DomusHub does

Questions about this module

Can a buyer switch from Installment to Stage Payment after booking?

Yes. The manager applies a different template to the deal; already-paid tranches are preserved and the remaining balance is re-scheduled. The change is logged.

Does DomusHub collect the money?

It tracks it, invoices it and reminds about it. Online collection works through a connected payment gateway (Stripe, bank transfer, crypto on request); many developers keep collection in the bank and mark tranches paid in DomusHub.

How are multi-currency deals handled?

Each deal has a contract currency; reports roll up to the project's base currency at live or fixed rates, so finance and the buyer see the same numbers.

Is there a calculator to try plan shapes?

Yes. The payment plan calculator on this site models the same three plan types. Build a schedule, check it adds up to 100%, then bring it to the demo.

Bring one real payment plan — we will configure it, generate the invoices and show the buyer's schedule in the same session.
