Inventory & catalog

Interactive Master Plan & Inventory

Your site plan, clickable down to the unit. One live stock for the whole team.

Upload the render, draw buildings, floors and units once, and every cabinet — sales, agents, buyers — works from the same map and the same availability.

  • Polygon map: General → Building → Floor → Unit
  • Live availability, no double-booking
  • Reusable layouts for identical units
  • Price lists per project and per unit
  • Same map on the agent's call and the buyer's phone

Who uses it

Master Plan & Inventory — who uses it

The same module, four different screens — the developer sets it up, the manager watches, the agent uses it, the buyer sees the result.

Developer Hub— Developer & management company

  • Upload site plans and draw polygons per building, floor, section, unit
  • Set unit types, statuses, base prices and layouts
  • Attach renders, 3D tours and documents once

Stop explaining the site plan over the phone

The problem

The render lives in a PDF, availability in a spreadsheet, and the agent switches between them while the buyer waits. Which tower, which floor, which side — every question is a call to the office.

With DomusHub

Draw polygons over the render once. A buyer clicks a tower, lands on a floor, opens the unit — the same map the agent uses on the call and the manager uses to check stock.

  • Buildings, floors, sections and units as clickable polygons
  • Status colouring: available, on hold, sold
  • Works on the public project page and inside every cabinet

02 · Unit catalog

The chessboard, live, with filters an agent can quote from

The problem

Two managers promise the same unit to two clients because the sheet updated an hour late. The deposit arrives, and one of them has to call back and apologise.

With DomusHub

Availability is a database constraint, not a spreadsheet column. A hold locks the unit for everyone the second it is placed, with a timer the manager can see.

  • Per-column filters: type, floor, view, price, status
  • Hold timer and owner visible on the unit card
  • Zero double-booking — physically impossible, not just discouraged
Edit one plan, update every identical unit

03 · Reusable layouts

Edit one plan, update every identical unit

The problem

The 88 m² two-bedroom repeats on 34 floors. A price or area change means 34 rows edited by hand — and one of them is always wrong.

With DomusHub

Layouts are shared objects. Change the plan, area, features or floor plan once and all 34 units update together.

  • Layout library per project
  • Mass-update price, area and features
  • Floor plans and renders attached to the layout, not to each unit
One price list, every surface

04 · Prices & documents

One price list, every surface

The problem

Renders on Google Drive, prices in a sheet, floor plans in a PDF with the sales lead. Buyers get presentations with last month's prices.

With DomusHub

Prices, media and documents live on the unit. Update once — the project page, the agent's offer and the buyer's cabinet show the new value immediately.

  • Base price plus per-unit overrides
  • Media library and 3D tours on the layout
  • Document vault: brochures, permits, SPA templates by language

What's inside

What's inside: Master Plan & Inventory

Shipped capabilities behind this module. Every one comes with what you actually see on screen.

  • Interactive master plan

Your site plan, clickable down to the unit.

On screen:Draw polygons over the render once: buildings, floors, sections, units. A buyer clicks a tower, lands on a floor, opens unit TW-A-1201 — same map the agent uses on the call.

  • Unit catalog

The chessboard, live, with per-column filters.

On screen:Every unit with status, area, view, floor and price in one table. Filter to 2BR, pool view, under $500K, still available — and get the list an agent can quote from immediately.

Real Estate Inventory Management · Unit Availability
  • Reusable layouts

Edit one plan, update every identical unit.

On screen:The 88 m² 2BR repeats on 34 floors. Change its area, features or floor plan once and all 34 units update — instead of 34 rows edited by hand in a spreadsheet.

  • Prices & price lists

    One price change, current everywhere.

On screen:Raise the price of a floor and it is already correct in the agent's catalog, the buyer's offer and the public project page — no re-sent PDF, no stale number in someone's downloads folder.

  • Media & 3D tours

Renders and tours attached to the unit, not to a Drive folder.

On screen:Gallery, floor plans and 3D tours live on the project and unit records. The agent sends the current render because there is no older one to send.

  • Document vault

Grouped by role and by language — only what's relevant.

On screen:The Thai buyer sees the Thai contract pack. The agent sees the commercial terms. The buyer never sees the agency agreement, because documents are scoped by role, not by folder permissions someone forgot to set.

Everything DomusHub does

Questions about this module

How is the master plan built — do we need a 3D model?

No. You upload the render or site plan you already have, and draw polygons over it in Developer Hub. Buildings, floors and units become clickable areas. A 3D model or tour can be attached on top, but it is not required.

Can one project have several buildings and phases?

Yes. A project holds buildings, each building holds floors and sections, each floor holds units. Phases are handled as separate buildings or projects, whichever matches how you sell.

What happens to availability when an agent places a hold?

The unit is locked for everyone the moment the hold is placed. The manager sees who holds it and the timer; when the timer expires without a deposit, the unit returns to stock automatically.

Does the master plan work for villas and land plots, not only towers?

Yes. Polygons are drawn over any plan — a villa community, a plot subdivision or a tower facade. The hierarchy (project → building or zone → unit) is the same.
