Off-Plan Sales Platform for Property Developers in the UAE

TL;DR

UAE off-plan reached historic volume in 2025, with international investors driving demand across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. DomusHub fits the UAE developer profile: multilingual UI (EN, RU, TR), multi-currency display, interactive master plans for villa and tower projects, dynamic payment plans (10–30% down + milestone instalments), and offer-by-URL flows that work for buyers who never log in. DLD-aware compliance is on our public roadmap.

Market context

The UAE off-plan market hit record transaction volume in Q1 2025, driven by international investor flow into Dubai mega-projects, Abu Dhabi waterfront developments and Sharjah affordable schemes. Tier-1 developers (Emaar, Damac, Aldar, Sobha) hold significant share, but Tier-2 and master-plan operators are the buyers most underserved by global SaaS — they're often selling 200–2,000 units across two or three projects and need a real platform, not a spreadsheet.

The buyer profile is international: Russian, Turkish, Indian, Pakistani, Chinese and increasingly Indonesian investors. They evaluate projects from outside the UAE, often without ever visiting in person. The selling motion has to work asynchronously, in their language, with documents they can review before deciding to register interest.

Buyer profile

  • International investor (Russia, Turkey, Indonesia, India, Pakistan) — first or second residential investment in UAE.
  • Off-plan unit at 10–30% down with instalments tied to construction milestones over 18–48 months.
  • Buys based on master plan, layout, location and developer reputation — rarely a site visit before deposit.
  • Expects the developer or agent to communicate in their language, with documents and offers they can read on a phone.

Why DomusHub fits United Arab Emirates

01Master plan tuned to UAE project shapes

Whether you sell a tower in Downtown Dubai or a villa community in Yas Island, the buyer walks the master plan from a general view (buildings, amenities, POIs) to a building, to a floor with status-coded units, to a unit page. Color-coded polygons show available / reserved / sold at a glance. Breadcrumbs let the buyer move freely.

02Multilingual offers without a registration wall

Agents generate a permanent offer URL the buyer can open without an account, in EN, RU, TR or other supported languages. Per-document language packs let you upload an EN brochure and an RU brochure to the same project so the buyer reads in their own language.

03Dynamic payment plans for UAE instalment structures

Configure full payment, instalments, or milestone-tied tranches with monthly / bi-monthly / quarterly / annual periodicity. First payment amount, subsequent payments, dates and balances recalculate automatically — useful when negotiating a custom plan with a single high-value buyer.

04Multi-currency display for international buyers

Buyers in the cabinet can switch display currency. Useful when the same unit is being evaluated in AED by a UAE-based buyer and in USD or EUR by an international one.

Frequently asked questions

Is DomusHub already integrated with DLD?

Direct DLD integration is on our public roadmap. Today the platform structures the data — unit, payment plan, contract — that DLD flows reference, but the registry hand-off is via your existing legal partner.

Can my Dubai brokers use DomusHub alongside Bayut and Property Finder?

Yes. DomusHub is the developer-side system of record. Brokers reselling your inventory typically use Behomes or similar to push to portals; we focus on the inventory, master plan, payment plans and offers that originate at the developer.

Do you support Arabic UI and RTL layout?

Per-document Arabic uploads are shipped. A full Arabic RTL UI is on our roadmap as part of UAE expansion — see our /security and /pricing for the latest commitment.

What's a typical implementation timeline for a UAE developer?

Onboarding is usually 4–6 weeks: data upload from your existing inventory, role setup (sales director, agents, finance, brokers), integrations with your CRM, training. For a developer launching a single tower (under 300 units) it can ship in 2–3 weeks.
