Who uses it

Project Page — who uses it

The same module, four different screens — the developer sets it up, the manager watches, the agent uses it, the buyer sees the result.

  • Set branding and languages
Send a link, not a brochure

01 · One link

Send a link, not a brochure

The problem

The brochure was exported in March. Prices changed in April. Half the agents still send the March file, and the buyer negotiates against a number that no longer exists.

With DomusHub

The project page reads from the same inventory as everything else. When a price or status changes, the page changes. There is nothing to re-export.

  • Public URL, works without an account
  • Prices and availability straight from the unit catalog
  • Opens on a phone in a messenger preview
Let the buyer find the unit before the call

02 · Layouts & units

Let the buyer find the unit before the call

The problem

A buyer asks for a two-bedroom with a sea view on a high floor. The agent scrolls a PDF, cannot filter, and sends five screenshots.

With DomusHub

Layouts, floors and units are browsable on the page. The buyer arrives at the call already knowing which unit they want to talk about.

  • Layout gallery with floor plans and areas
  • Master plan navigation down to the unit
  • Available stock only, if you choose
Show the money the way you sell it

03 · Payment plans

Show the money the way you sell it

The problem

Payment terms live in the sales manager's head. Every buyer gets a slightly different explanation, and the finance team gets a slightly different deal.

With DomusHub

The plans configured in Developer Hub are rendered on the page: booking, down payment, instalments or construction milestones. What the buyer sees is what the contract will say.

  • Upfront, Installment and Stage Payment plans
  • Per-project defaults, per-unit overrides
  • Same plan flows into the deal and the buyer's schedule
Your brand, your domain, the buyer's language

04 · Branding & languages

Your brand, your domain, the buyer's language

The problem

International buyers land on an English-only page with someone else's logo in the corner and a phone number in the wrong country code.

With DomusHub

The page is white-label and multilingual: your logo, colours and domain, with content in English, Russian, Turkish, Thai or Indonesian depending on who opens it.

  • White-label: logo, colours, custom domain
  • Content in five languages
  • Documents served in the buyer's language

What's inside

What's inside: Project Page

Shipped capabilities behind this module. Every one comes with what you actually see on screen.

  • Interactive project page

A public project microsite you toggle on.

On screen:Gallery, master plan, layouts, payment plans, documents and location on one link that works without registration — what agents send instead of a 40 MB brochure.

  • Media & 3D tours

Renders and tours attached to the unit, not to a Drive folder.

On screen:Gallery, floor plans and 3D tours live on the project and unit records. The agent sends the current render because there is no older one to send.

  • Interactive master plan

Your site plan, clickable down to the unit.

On screen:Draw polygons over the render once: buildings, floors, sections, units. A buyer clicks a tower, lands on a floor, opens unit TW-A-1201 — same map the agent uses on the call.

    Interactive Masterplan · Polygon Mapping
  • Document vault

Grouped by role and by language — only what's relevant.

On screen:The Thai buyer sees the Thai contract pack. The agent sees the commercial terms. The buyer never sees the agency agreement, because documents are scoped by role, not by folder permissions someone forgot to set.

  • Five languages built in

EN, RU, TH, TR, ID across content and interface.

On screen:A Thai buyer, a Turkish agent and a Russian investor each work in their own language on the same deal — content and UI, not a translated PDF bolted on the side.

Questions about this module

Is the project page indexed by Google?

It can be. The page is public and has proper metadata, so it can serve as the project's official site or sit next to one on a subdomain. Visibility is a switch per project.

Can we embed it in our existing website?

Use it on a custom domain or subdomain, or link to it from your site. An embeddable widget is on the roadmap; today the page is a standalone URL.

What happens when a unit is sold?

It changes status on the page automatically, along with the master plan colouring and the layout list. No manual update.

Does it work for agents from other agencies?

Yes. Any agent — in-house or channel partner — can send the public link. The offer and booking steps happen in their Agent Cabinet with their own commission.
