Sales & deals

Interactive Offers

A personal offer by link for one buyer: hand-picked units, side-by-side comparison, and analytics on what they opened.

Instead of a PDF that nobody reads to page four, the agent sends one link. The buyer compares units; the agent sees when it was opened and forwarded.

  • One link instead of a PDF
  • Hand-picked units for one buyer
  • Side-by-side comparison
  • Opens, last seen, forwards
  • Always current prices

Who uses it

Interactive Offers — who uses it

The same module, four different screens — the developer sets it up, the manager watches, the agent uses it, the buyer sees the result.

The offer that is never out of date

01 · Offer by link

The offer that is never out of date

The problem

The agent exports a PDF on Monday. The price changes on Wednesday. The buyer comes back on Friday with the Monday number, and the agent has to walk it back.

With DomusHub

The offer is a live page built from the catalog. It reads current prices and availability every time it is opened. If a unit is sold, the buyer sees it — before they fall in love with it.

  • Built from the unit catalog, no export
  • Branded page, no login for the buyer
  • Opens in a messenger preview on a phone
Let the buyer compare, not scroll

02 · Comparison

Let the buyer compare, not scroll

The problem

Three units means three PDFs. The buyer opens them side by side on a phone, gives up, and asks the agent to just pick one.

With DomusHub

The agent picks the units; the buyer switches between them and compares layout, floor, view, price and payment plan on one screen.

  • Two to five units per offer
  • Side-by-side table: area, floor, view, price, plan
  • Buyer can favourite and reply from the page
Know when to call

03 · Analytics

Know when to call

The problem

The offer was sent a week ago. Did the buyer open it? Did they forward it to a spouse? The agent guesses and calls at the wrong moment.

With DomusHub

The agent sees opens, last-seen time and forwards per offer. Call when the buyer just re-opened it, not on a random Tuesday.

  • Open count and last-seen timestamp
  • Forward detection
  • Offer list with status per client
Every agent sends the same quality

04 · Templates

Every agent sends the same quality

The problem

The best agent makes beautiful offers. The new one sends screenshots. The brand looks different depending on who the buyer happens to reach.

With DomusHub

The developer sets the offer template: blocks, branding, default text. Agents pick units and press send; the result looks the same from every agent, in every language.

  • Template and branding set once in Developer Hub
  • Default blocks: gallery, plan, payment plan, location
  • Five languages, chosen per buyer

What's inside

What's inside: Interactive Offers

Shipped capabilities behind this module. Every one comes with what you actually see on screen.

  • Interactive offers

A link per client, and you can see it was opened.

On screen:Pick three units, send one link. The buyer compares them side by side on their phone; the agent sees when it was opened, when it was last viewed and whether it was forwarded to the spouse.

  • Media & 3D tours

Renders and tours attached to the unit, not to a Drive folder.

On screen:Gallery, floor plans and 3D tours live on the project and unit records. The agent sends the current render because there is no older one to send.

  • Unit catalog

The chessboard, live, with per-column filters.

On screen:Every unit with status, area, view, floor and price in one table. Filter to 2BR, pool view, under $500K, still available — and get the list an agent can quote from immediately.

Real Estate Inventory Management · Unit Availability
  • Prices & price lists

    One price change, current everywhere.

On screen:Raise the price of a floor and it is already correct in the agent's catalog, the buyer's offer and the public project page — no re-sent PDF, no stale number in someone's downloads folder.

  • Five languages built in

EN, RU, TH, TR, ID across content and interface.

On screen:A Thai buyer, a Turkish agent and a Russian investor each work in their own language on the same deal — content and UI, not a translated PDF bolted on the side.

Questions about this module

Can the buyer download a PDF from the offer?

Yes, on demand — but the link stays the primary object. The PDF snapshot is dated, so nobody negotiates against an old number without knowing it.

Can agents from partner agencies send offers?

Yes. Channel partners use the same Agent Cabinet, scoped to the projects they are assigned to, with the developer's branding on the offer.

What does the buyer see if a unit in the offer is sold?

The unit is marked sold and the comparison still works for the rest. The agent gets a notification to swap it.

Does the offer show commission?

Never to the buyer. The agent sees their inline commission on the unit card in their cabinet; the offer page shows only price and plan.
